COVID-19 Coronavirus and how it may affect your move
Following the latest advice from the UK government, BAR, in an effort to limit the spread of COVID-19 Coronavirus we will cease operations from the 26th March 2020.
How we are supporting you during this time
Over the next three weeks we will still take calls and provide quotations via online self-assessment forms and video surveys provided by customers. Our working hours remain the same so we can assist you as much as possible with planning your move.
At the moment moving dates cannot be confirmed due to restrictions of movement within the UK and abroad. As soon as restrictions are lifted we will continue our schedule prioritising existing clients with scheduled bookings.
Service Suspension & Cancellations
The UK Government is continuously reviewing the COVID-19 situation and there may be restrictions that limit our ability to deliver services as quoted. We may have to delay, suspend or cancel services but this will be avoided wherever possible.
If you have any doubts, questions or concerns, please contact one of our staff who will be happy to help on 0800 783 7356
BAR Advice
BAR has issued strong recommendations to all of its members as of the 25th March to complete any moves currently underway and to suspend or cancel any that have not commenced. it has stressed that the final decision to proceed lays with individual companies, but we, of course, have a duty of care to staff and customers so our decision is as stated above. Further clarification from the UK Government is being sought by BAR and we will update you with that information as soon as possible.
Until then stay safe and well.
