Our customer login section is padded with additional security for your protection. Passwords are hashed and salted where each salt is unique each time with up to 64 characters. We do not store your card or bank information on our servers, ever. In order to secure your login, our website supports multi-factor authentication with username and password.
Customer Data Retention
Your customer login data is held on our database and inactive account information is cleared after 12 months and completed order information is also held for 12 months. Canceled orders are removed after 14 days alongside failed orders and pending orders.
Who we share your data with
We do not share your personal data with any third party. however your IP address is collected by google analytics as stated above. You have a chance to Opt Out of cookies being placed when you browse this site by clinking on OPT OUT on the cookie banner.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Smush uses a third-party email service (Drip) to send informational emails to the site administrator. The administrator’s email address is sent to Drip and a cookie is set by the service. Only administrator information is collected by Drip.
